Ingredients:
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Store in jar or any other airtight container.
Instructions for Banana Nut Bread:
Empty contents of mix into a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 c. softened butter or margarine, 1 c. mashed bananas, 1/3 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs; slightly beaten; mix until will blended. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350?F oven for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
